OUR school VISIONWhat is it we want for our pupils at St Jude’s Church of England Primary School? The answer is simple: We want it all.
Put quite simply, we want our children to be ‘Learning for Life, Aiming for Excellence; Ready to Take Our Place in God’s Changing World.'
As a Church of England school, we work hard to ensure we provide a loving environment for all God’s children to be cared for and to flourish. We want our children to understand the importance of faith and to live out our school values in all that they do, so that they are ready to be part of God’s changing world.

OUR Values
“Learning for Life and Aiming for Excellence; ready to take our place in God’s changing world”
Values Statement Love, Honesty, Forgiveness, Hope
Love At St Jude’s we care deeply about everyone, we believe that love is the foundation and the building blocks of a good education, it drives all we do and makes us the family that we are. It is at the heart of our school just as it is at the heart of who God is.
Honesty Because we love our pupils, families and staff, we know that we can be honest with them and expect honesty in return. Honesty makes our relationships stronger, our lives simpler and helps us to see things clearly. Our faith gives us the courage to face the tough things in life.
Forgiveness At St Jude’s we are honest about the fact that we don’t always get things right the first time. Forgiveness allows us to move on from mistakes that we have made and sets us free from hurt. God’s forgiveness helps us to forgive others.
Hope Hope helps us to grow. It teaches us to look for the potential in each individual and every situation. It does not limit what we can achieve, where we can go or what we can do. Just as God’s story is filled with hope we can all be the authors of a brighter future. |
